আকাশ থেকে পড়েছে স্বর্ণ বাঙালির ঘরে।

জহুর চিনে জহুরি যারা তাঁতি চিনবে কি
কাঙ্গালে সাদ বুজে না গরম ভাতে ঘি।

কামার চীনে লোহার মর্ম কোন লোহাতে ধার
কষ্টি পাথরে পরীক্ষা করে স্বর্ণ চিনে পোদ্দার

তাইত রূপবান নদী পার হয়ে স্বর্ণ দিল মাঝিরে
না চিনে সে ব্যঙ্গ করে তাই ছুড়ে
মারে দূরে

খাঁটি স্বর্ণ চিনতে পের সেই দেশের এক উজিরে
মাঝিকে পাঁচ টাকা দিয়ে নিল স্বর্ণ ক্রয় করে।

খেয়ার মাঝি এখনো নৌকা নিয়ে এপার ওপার যায়
উজির এখন ঐশ্বর্যের মালিক শতজন থাকে পাহারায়।

আকাশ থেকে পড়ে ছিল স্বর্ণ বাঙালির ঘরে
ভাগ্য মন্দ না চিনে তারে সেদিন ফেলে দিল ছূড়ে।

সেদিন খাঁটি স্বর্ণ চিনে জহুরি নিয়ে গেছে বাড়ি
সেই পরসে তারা এখন বিশাল ঐশ্বর্যের অধিকারী

আজ তাদের সকল অভাব মিটে গেছে সুখের সংসার
আর এখন বাঙালির ঘরে অভাব তারা করে হাহাকার।

এই বাংলা শহীদ তিতুমীরের ৩৬০ আউলিয়ার
এদেশের উপর রয়েছে অশেষ রহমত খোদারর

আজ সেই স্বর্ণ বন্যায় ভাসিয়ে নিয়ে এসেছে ঘরে
আর কখনো যেন হারিয়ে না যায় রাখব যতন করে।

তার আরো একটি নাম দিয়েছি সর্বোচ্চ হিমালয়
সেই পাহাড়ের চূড়ায় বসে আজ করব বিশ্বজয়।

তাহলে কে এই স্বর্ণ, হিমালয়, পরিচয় কি তার
নোবেল বিজয়ী সম্রাট ডক্টর ইউনুস নাম যার।

তিনি এক উজ্জ্বল নক্ষত্র ধন্য বাঙ্গালী বাংলাদেশ
ইতিহাসে লেখা রবে তার যত সব পূণ্য আদেশ।

তিনি চিরজীবী হয়ে থাকিবে অক্ষর
যতদিন না এই পৃথিবী হইবে প্রলয়।
